Unicorr’s group of facilities, along with our geographic and product alliances, afford us the capacity and capability to provide a wide variety of corrugated packaging products and services. We can produce small runs at our sheet plants or full truckload quantities at our corrugator facilities. Our products range from RSCs and die-cuts to complicated point-of-purchase displays and retail packaging.
Our wide range of capabilities include various flute profiles, complicated gluing (trays, auto lock bottoms, displays, etc.), rotary and flatbed die-cutting, flexo folder gluers with in-line die-cutting, enhanced graphics, litho labeling, and coatings.
We take pride in our equipment, maintenance and upgrade programs and have the capability to use our multiple facilities as backup if needed.
Corrugated Solutions
To optimize your packaging system, we use our structural design and graphics departments to make sure your boxes are the right size and strength with the right graphic design and layout. To do this, we evaluate all your requirements including presentation, protection, warehousing, production needs, and shipping. To complete the packaging program, we can provide inventory management, electronic communications, and the flexibility to fit your needs.
